Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
